Modified riemann-liouville derivative (Jumarie); advantages and disadvantages

Abstract

In this paper, we introduce the modified Riemann-Liouville fractional derivative (Jumarie) and prove some of its properties and characteristics. The following are some examples of violations that show that some of the properties that Jumarie claims in his papers are not true. Finally, we identify the problems of Jumarie's proofs and suggest the correct formulas.
