		<Abstract>The comprehensive involvement and susceptibility of the entire educational system in the country, from elementary to the highest university levels, in various serious and risky problems, have affected the entire text, level, depth, and efficiency of education, as well as the fate of the young generation and the country&#039;s future. These have caused that the small and insignificant issues receive little attention and study which have itself a significant damaging oversight. The subject of this article, titled &quot;Lecture Note Presentation and Reading,&quot; is one of these seemingly small and silent problems in the education system. Often, it is neither taken seriously enough to be considered a guide and strategy for its pros and cons, nor is it subjected to careful and documented examination and research. Depending on the interpretation and understanding of the problem, it may or may not be considered in the lineup of policies. In this article, while providing a preliminary study of this phenomenon and its presence and effects in the extensive field of education and learning, its relationship with other fundamental axes such as &quot;Textbook&quot; and &quot;Teacher and Instructor&quot; is also addressed.</Abstract>
