These have caused that the small and insignificant issues receive little attention and study which have itself a significant damaging oversight. The subject of this article, titled "Lecture Note Presentation and Reading," is one of these seemingly small and silent problems in the education system. Often, it is neither taken seriously enough to be considered a guide and strategy for its pros and cons, nor is it subjected to careful and documented examination and research. Depending on the interpretation and understanding of the problem, it may or may not be considered in the lineup of policies. In this article, while providing a preliminary study of this phenomenon and its presence and effects in the extensive field of education and learning, its relationship with other fundamental axes such as "Textbook" and "Teacher and Instructor" is also addressed. درگیری و ابتلای همه‌جانبۀ تمام عرصۀ آموزش کشور از دورۀ ابتدایی تا عالی‌ترین سطوح دانشگاهی به انواع و اقسام مسئله‌ها و بحران‌‌‌های جدی و پُرمخاطره‌ای که به آشکاری بر تمام متن و سطح و عمق و بُرد و کارآمدی آموزش و سرنوشت نسل جوان و آیندۀ کشور اثر می‌گذارند موجب شده‌ است که در مقام مقایسه، مسئله‌های به‌ظاهر ریز و کوچک این حوزه چندان مورد توجه و مطالعه قرار نگیرند و این نیز خود غفلت مهم آسیب‌زایی است. موضوع این نوشته با عنوان ‎«‎جزوه‌گویی و جزوه‌خوانی‎»‎ یکی از همین مسئله‌های به ظاهر خُرد و ساده و خاموش آموزش کشور است که اغلب، نه به‌ چیزی گرفته می‌شود تا هدایتگری و راهبردی برای خوب و بد آن اندیشیده شود و نه مورد اعتنای بررسی و تحقیق دقیق و مستندی قرار می‌گیرد تا بسته به تشخیص و تفسیر مسئله در نوبت ردیفی از سیاستگذاری‌ها گذارده شود. دراین نوشته، ضمن ارائه مطالعه‌ای مقدماتی از این پدیده و دامنۀ حضور و آثارش در عرصۀ وسیع آموزش و یادگیری، به ارتباط آن با محورهای اساسی دیگری چون ‎«‎متن درسی‎»‎ و ‎«‎معلم و مُدَرس‎»‎ نیز پرداخته می‌شود. https://math-sci.ui.ac.ir/article_23896_d1e66575dfc7bc4a2cfbb744c01cc3c3.pdf
